Return Window

Return requests should be submitted within 30 days after delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return review.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, items should meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused or in original condition
  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging should be included
  • The item must not show signs of damage caused by misuse
  • The return request must be approved before the item is sent back

Products that have been heavily used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval may not qualify.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • A short explanation of the issue

This allows Zenveray™ to review the situation and provide the appropriate support.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Items damaged by improper use
  • Products missing parts or packaging
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Products with visible signs of use beyond inspection
  • Requests submitted outside the return window
